The venue was comfortable modern, I appreciated the stay and the location was magnificent adjacent to the center of Korean Town, bar/restaurant is located and subway across the street. I asked for deluxe room and it was light filled with queen beds. The pool was nice and I had tasty drinks in the pool bar. Had the option to leave my car nearby.

A cozy stay with a view
Waking up to the very nice views of the Hollywood Hills was a dream! The vibrant atmosphere of Koreatown made exploring a delight, and the amenities were surprisingly enjoyable.
I encountered some issues with the bathroom-poor drainage led to a frustrating experience, and the lack of lighting made it challenging during late-night visits.

The room I booked was tidy and contemporary with the nice view, to be paid for as expected. Tasty drinks at pool bar, excellent service. Their lobby had a store. The location was unbeatable for walking around Wilshire Boulevard Temple. I ate at the outdoor restaurant near the hotel.

The hotel had a wonderful view, and the staff was friendly, making for a pleasant experience. The air conditioning didn't work well, leading to discomfort, and the noise levels from outside were quite disruptive at times, which detracted from the overall enjoyment.

There was honestly very little I liked about this hotel. The view was somewhat decent, but not at all worth what the rooms cost.
Almost everything. The room is pretty much what you'd expect from a Motel 6. The rooms are tiny, and so are the beds, which aren't very comfortable. The room we got was supposed to fit four, but it would only comfortably fit two. People had to sleep on the floor and they didn't have rollaway beds. All you get is a small room with two small beds and a bathroom with a small tub and terrible shower head. No mini fridge or microwave like most high cost hotels. The lobby has a Starbucks with terrible coffee and the people working there are extremely rude. You also have to pay $22 for valet parking, and don't have the option not to unless you go find meter parking on the street. Overall a terrible experience and I would never recommend it to anyone.

You provided me with clear directions to the Convention Center via Metro. This was better than I received from the event at the Convention Center or from Union Station.

The maid service was very good and the staff were very helpful. The hotel was clean and tidy throughout.
The breakfast was over priced and disappointing.

I was impressed with the location. Everything is easy accessed via the bus system. The coffee bar downstairs is a good touch.
Bathrooms are dated, could use an upgrade
